Stephanie was great the massage and the facial were 10/10

Most relaxing 2 hours I've had in a long time. Wonderful massage and facial.  They were accommodating and very personable.

Stephanie was extremely accommodating to my daughter and I. We were a few minutes late and she was still very nice. She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at ease, despite our tardiness. She was attentive to details prior to the start of my massage, which helped me feel much more relaxed. I received a facial and a massage, and she took her time, as well as asked questions during my treatment to make sure certain touch was okay. I highly recommend her services and I will be returning.

I have been going to RTB for several months for an occasional massage (which are great by the way)  About a month ago I started YouShape sessions to help me with muscle mass development ( I had  previously undergone major back surgery and lost considerable use of muscles throughout my body during the 6 month recovery period, plus a year of inactivity due to other medical issues). After our first couple of sessions  Stephanie suggested we add YoMassage to improve my flexibility  and build additional strength.

We’ve been through about  7 sessions of both YouShape and YoMassage

The results are obvious. I’ve added muscle mass,lost weight, feel and look better. More importantly my flexibility has improved dramatically.

When I started I was walking with  a cane. I’m close to being able to toss it aside.

Stephanie knows what she is doing, knows more about the body, how it works and how to make it work better than anyone I know.  Besides that she is a nice, pleasant and  caring person.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable on the merchandise that she offers. she take the time to sit with you and explain to you on what you need. She alway there when I had a question about anything she told me that I could call her any time and I did and she answered right away.

One of the great therapist I met. I was in a lot of pain and my body movements were limited bcuz of my back. Went for therapy to Rtb spa. I feel a lot better and my body movements are back to normal. Great place. Fixed my lower back issues and my shoulder problem. I also started my electrical muscle stimulation to build muscle to relieve my knee pain.
